Each opportunity to serve with staff and leadership in the healthcare space has been a privilege. I started DAL Solutions so that each of my clients could benefit from my experiences.
As an executive advisor, business intelligence developer, and technical curriculum developer, Larry has partnered with clients to successfully navigate the most complex projects and business scenarios. Larry has worked with some of the industry's brightest C-Suite leaders and has led and compiled teams consisting of highly-skilled developers and clinical experts. Larry employs a strategic and diversified approach to achieve better patient outcomes, improved business revenues, and effective organizational growth.
Larry served in a leadership capacity within a top Fortune 500 healthcare organization. Hospital Corporation of America, regularly ranked as one of the best places to work in the U.S. and abroad, also enlisted services provided by DAL Solutions after Larry left the organization to pursue his goal of being an enrepreneur.
As a member of the Clinical Applications Team, Larry chartered projects across the spectrum of inpatient and ambulatory clinical operations. While in this role, he successfully consolidated the number of BI tools and solutions leveraged throughout the Enterprise and developed a metadata and data governance strategy that is still in place today.
